Terms of Sales

Exchange or refund
Goods can be returned within 15 days after receipt, this does not include grade B items which are sold as is. After this period, they will no longer be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

To return item (s) for a refund, you must have your order number (receipt) or other proof of purchase ready. All returned items must be in their original condition.

Refund (if applicable)
When the material you wish to return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and we will advise you whether or not your refund has been accepted.

If your refund request is approved, we'll credit the payment method you used for the purchase. This will be done a few days after approval.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Upon presentation of the original sales receipt, the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Sale Items
Only items that have been purchased at the current price can be refunded. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.

Damaged items
We only replace items that are damaged in transit. If you would like an exchange for a similar item, please contact us by email at info@gragoons.com to open a ticket and make arrangements for the exchange.

To return an item, you must email info@gragoons.com to open a ticket and make the necessary return arrangements.

You will be responsible for returning your item to the sender address. Depending on your location, please note that the time for an item to be returned may vary.
